On receipt of the neccessary background information, we will inform any prospective sellers of the potential value of their practice.
A valuation site visit.
This will allow us to obtain essential information about the practice, and will include an equipment valuation update.

the need for discretion in regard to staff during the visit.
Production of Sales & Marketing Brochures.
Once site visit and the financial information have been analysed, we will discuss a Sales value that we feel is achievable for the
practice with the owner.
Production of a sales value.
We will produce the marketing brochure, which includes photographs and outline information on the practice without identifying it.
The brochure will be circulated to selected parties from our database.We will also advertise the practice on our web site and in the
veterinary journals to maximise interest.
Dealing with all offers.
We will deal with all enquiries and arranging viewings. We will also produce a comprehensive Sales Memorandum for potential purchasers
who undertake a viewing and who have signed a confidentiality agreement.
Enquiries and viewings
We would evaluate and review all offers received, and report them to the seller.
When an acceptable offer is made, we will help produce a Heads of agreement with the seller to prevent any miss-understandings on
points agreed when negotiating. We would produce this with an agreed exclusivity period while the purchaser undertakes any due
diligence.
